Gleaning
During the months of August to November, the Gleaning Project works with local farmers, youth and community volunteers to harvest surplus crops, and deliver the healthy produce to over 40 shelters, meal programs, and Local Food Market Stands across Kingston.

Help us bring in the last harvest by volunteering this gleaning season. If you enjoy spending time outdoors and on farms, this is a great opportunity to reduce food waste and help redistribute food to Kingston communities who need it. No regular commitment required. Perfect for groups who want to volunteer together.
